I believe our story matters. Exploring our story in a safe and nurturing environment allows us to more deeply connect with ourselves and navigate the many difficulties of life. My work in the legal field allowed me to meet and connect with diverse people who deeply desire connection. I am honored to have the opportunity to walk alongside people as they journey toward healing, growth, and fulfillment.

My approach to therapy is collaborative, relational, and gently challenging. Together we will explore areas that are tender or painful in your life through curiosity and compassion. I’m interested in working with a diverse range of clients using modalities such as Internal Family Systems, Attachment Theory, and Person-Centered Theory. I work with children, adolescents, and adults to navigate feelings of self-blame and self-doubt that lead to behavioral and relational difficulties. I believe through connection and gentle exploration we can begin to better understand our inner-world which allows us to increase emotion regulation. My hope is that our work together will help build self-compassion and confidence.
