What started in childhood as an innate curiosity and deep care for those around me, has developed into a deep passion to help people find fulfilling and meaningful lives, despite the obstacles they face. I find joy in helping people connect deeper with themselves and others, navigate internal and external struggles, and ultimately live a more fulfilled and meaningful life.
I have loved working with kids since I was a teenager and have 20+ years of experience caring for children in various contexts. I have a Master’s Degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling and have been counseling individuals of all ages for over five years. I also have a Bachelor’s Degree in Early Childhood Education and have over six years of teaching experience.
As someone who knows what it’s like to be overwhelmed by the storms in life, seeking help can be hard but rewarding. Throughout our lives we may face many battles, but they do not need to defeat or define us. Whether you feel stuck in a hard situation, overwhelmed by life’s demands, or searching for change, help is available. There is hope. We are not meant to carry our burdens alone.
My goal as a therapist is to partner with you to help bring clarity, insight, and direction to whatever you are facing. I love walking alongside individuals in their healing journey and offering support, encouragement, and hope. I am here to help you find clarity and move forward by identifying stuck points, unmet needs, and defining areas of growth.
I am grateful for the opportunity to work with many Chattanooga Schools! I will be counseling on campus with St. Peter’s Episcopal School for the 2026-2027 school year. I have office hours on campus for students! You can use the parent portal app, call, or email to connect with me for an onsite appointment.
When I am not in the office I enjoy cooking, decorating, thrifting, spending time with my friends and family, hiking, and going to live concerts. If you have any questions, please email or text me. I look forward to working with you!
