M.Ed., Clinical Mental Health Counseling – Pre-Licensed Counselor

School, behavior, and attention challenges can significantly impact a child’s confidence, relationships, and success. I specialize in working with children and adolescents experiencing ADHD, executive functioning difficulties, behavioral concerns, emotional regulation challenges, and Oppositional Defiant Disorder (ODD). My goal is to help young people build confidence, develop practical skills, and thrive at home, at school, and in their relationships.

I work collaboratively with children, teens, and their families to address concerns such as organization, time management, motivation, impulsivity, anxiety, peer relationships, and school-related stress. My approach integrates evidence-based practices, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), mindfulness, and executive functioning interventions, while tailoring treatment to each child’s unique strengths and needs.

I believe every child has unique strengths, and therapy should build on those strengths while providing practical tools for lasting growth. Whether a child is struggling academically, behaviorally, socially, or emotionally, I am committed to helping them develop the confidence and skills they need to succeed.

I am grateful for the opportunity to work with many Chattanooga Schools! I will be counseling on campus with St. Peter’s Episcopal School for the 2026-2027 school year. Outside of work, I enjoy horseback riding, spending time in nature, and travel adventures. I am proud to be part of the Watershed team, providing compassionate, evidence-based care to children, adolescents, and families in our community!
