Karoline Bonastia

Tutor and Executive Assistant

Hi! I’m Karoline Bonastia. I currently work as a paraprofessional at Chattanooga Christian School, where I support students in their academic work and day-to-day school experiences. I graduated from the University of Tennessee at Chattanooga with a degree in Communication. At Watershed, I serve as both an Educational Tutor and Katie’s “Chief of Chaos Control,” helping with administrative support and keeping things organized behind the scenes.

My passion for helping students is also personal. Growing up with a brother who has dyslexia, I spent a great deal of time helping him with schoolwork. That experience taught me the importance of patience, encouragement, and finding the approach that works best for each individual learner. It also inspired my desire to support students who learn differently.

Areas of Support:

Elementary, middle, and high school academic support
Homework and assignment assistance
Reading and writing support
Study skills and organization
Individualized support for different learning styles
Building confidence and creating positive learning experiences

I believe students learn best when they feel comfortable, supported, and understood. My goal is to make tutoring a positive experience while helping each student become more confident and independent in their schoolwork.

I would love the opportunity to get to know your child, understand their individual strengths and challenges, and support them as they work toward their goals.

My main office is at 3069 South Broad Street Chattanooga TN 37408 Located in the Southern Saddlery building. Call: 423-551-0445
