Administrative Assistant

Macy Willbanks serves as the Administrative Assistant and HIPPA compliant employee to Katie Burns at Watershed Counseling & Consulting, providing essential support to the daily operations of the practice. Known for her organization, attention to detail, and calm presence, Macy helps keep everything running smoothly—and, as Katie will tell you, helps keep her sane.

Outside of the office, Macy is a proud cat mom to Marigold and a self-proclaimed tea connoisseur.
